Shipping

We aim to ship all products next day (Monday to Saturday), in the rare instance this is not possible we will ensure products are posted in 2 days.

 

All orders will be sent tracked and all orders over £75 will automatically receive free shipping.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it Your item must be in the original packaging. Please message us so that we know to expect your return, all return postage will be covered by the buyer.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your item it will be processed and you will receive an email confirming the refund is being processed, if you item as sent FOC the refund will be minus the postage charge.

Shipping

All shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning items. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.
